What You Can Do

PCB Milling Tasks

PCB Engraving

Cut traces and pads directly into copper-clad board.

Isolation Routing

Separate traces with a V-bit and a controlled depth.

Hole Drilling

Through-holes and vias with micro drills.

Prototype PCB

One-off boards in hours instead of weeks.

Accuracy Tips

Getting a Flat, Accurate Board

Level the surface

FR4 is never perfectly flat. Surface leveling or an auto-leveling probe is the difference between cut traces and ruined boards.

Shallow, consistent depth

Isolation routing only needs to break through the copper. Deeper cuts widen the gap and lift burrs.

Zero runout

A micro end mill with runout snaps. Seat the tool properly and use a quality collet.
