1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Consumables: Laser nozzles, protective windows, and CNC router bits that show signs of use.
- Clearance/Sale Items: All items purchased on “Sale” are final and cannot be returned.
- Custom/Special Orders: Parts ordered specifically to your machine’s unique specifications.
- Digital Goods: Downloadable software or gift cards.
4. Restocking Fees
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to cover inspection and processing costs. CncPartsMarket reserves the sole discretion to waive this fee in specific cases (e.g., our error).
5. Return Process (RMA)
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Items sent without an approved request will not be accepted.
- Request: Email us at support@cncpartsmarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: If accepted, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong part, contact us immediately at support@cncpartsmarket.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the correct part quickly, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the required part.
